Within a very short period of two months, the Inspectorate of Education needed to organize and carry out an internal move in which employees were resituated within the building. This move represented a reshuffle of 11 different departments. As a consequence, 330 workstations had to be created.

In the preparatory phase, the existing furniture had to be inventoried and processed in a ‘from-to’ list and the desired situation needed to be translated into AutoCAD drawings. In addition, we had to design a new office layout by reusing the existing furniture present at the location and in storage. Next we labeled the furniture based on the ‘from-to’ list to optimally prepare for the big move. Finally, the move took place with the guidance of Marts within the prescribed deadlines.
